Every case-level mark in a run captures a frozen copy of the case: per-step status, actual results, and screenshots. You can reopen that state any time from the case panel. On runs created after this behavior shipped, one row in the Retries tab equals one attempt — the time you sealed the case with a verdict. Older runs may still list extra rows from per-step marks recorded before that change; those legacy rows are preserved as-is.
In-case Retries tab
Open a case on the execution board. Inside the slide-over panel, switch to the Retries tab next to Execution.
The list shows one row per attempt for that case in reverse chronological order. If you marked steps but never sealed the case at the case level, the Retries tab stays empty until you do.
Each row includes:
- Who marked the case
- Outcome and elapsed time
- A Retry badge when the same case was marked again later
Click a row to open the read-only attempt panel with the same layout as the live slide-over. Close the panel to return to the case’s Retries tab.
Legacy marks recorded before snapshots shipped show a notice that the detailed snapshot is not available.
